Managing the Interview Content Library
The Interview Content Library is where you create, organise, and manage reusable interview content including questions, interviewer instructions, and evaluation criteria.
Navigate to Library in the sidebar and select Interview content to access your content library.
Creating New Content
To create new content, select "Create New Content" in the top right corner. You can choose from three content types:
Question: Interview questions with optional additional details or instructions
Interviewer Instructions: Guidance for interviewers on how to conduct the interview
Evaluation: Assessment criteria for evaluating candidate responses to sections of content rather than individual questions. (Note: this is only available on certain plans)
Once you've selected a content type, you'll see an editor with two tabs:
Edit: Where you write and edit your content
Preview: Where you can see how the content will appear to interviewers
For Questions and Evaluations, you'll need to add a title. For Interviewer Instructions, you'll add the instruction text directly.
Editing Content
To edit existing content, click "Edit" next to any item in the content table, or click on the content title to preview it first.
When editing, you can:
Update the question, instructions, or evaluation text
Modify or add labels (see Labels section below)
Preview changes before saving
Changes are saved as new versions, so previous versions remain available for reference.
Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find content by title, type, or tags. The search will match content as you type.
You can also filter content by Labels using the label selector next to the search bar. Select one or more labels to show only content that has all of those labels assigned.
Labels
Labels help you organise and categorise your content. You can add labels when creating or editing content by selecting them from the label dropdown.
Labels are useful for:
Organising content by topic, skill, or role level
Filtering content when building interview templates or kits
Finding related content quickly
Once you've added labels to content, they'll appear as labels below the content preview and in the content table.
Content Types
Questions
Questions include a title (the question itself) and optional additional details or instructions. These details can include markdown formatting for better readability.
Interviewer Instructions
Interviewer Instructions provide guidance to interviewers on how to conduct specific parts of an interview. These don't have a title - just the instruction text.
Evaluations
Evaluations include a title and assessment criteria. These help interviewers understand how to evaluate candidate responses consistently.
