You can contact the support team in multiple ways:

Contacting via intercom

On our marketing website or login page you'll see a chat icon in the bottom right corner, select that to open the chat window to our support team

If you're logged in and using the app, you'll need to select "Support & Feedback" from the settings menu in the top right corner:

Then you can start a conversation with our support team:
