If your account is connected to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Evidenced will automatically sync your user accounts from there.

How to invite a new user
Navigate to Settings โ Team Members
Select Invite Team Member
Enter their name, email and select their role

Privacy settings (optional)
When adding a user who was previously interviewed with Evidenced, be sure to match their user profile to a candidate profile to prevent them from viewing any feedback on themselves.
If a user was matched to a candidate when they were added, they will never be able to see that candidate profile. This applies to all roles, including Admins.
