There are a few ways to find and join your Evidenced interview:
If you've been sent a calendar invite it will probably have a Evidenced join link in it, which looks something like this:
platform.evidenced.app/join/eb7918f4-7072-4a29-a25a-349bf8ac8cfaOn the Interviews page, where you can see all of your upcoming interviews, just click on the one you want to view and join.
On the Candidates page, search for the candidate's name and select their profile, then click on the interview from there.
On the Jobs page, search for the job you're interviewing for and select it, then click on the interview from there.
The Interviews page
The Interviews page displays a list of all of the interviews in Evidenced that you have access to.
Here you can search for interviews by candidate name, or filter the interviews by Status, Interview Template, People (including yourself to see only the interviews you need to run) or Location (Remote or In-person).
Click on the Interview card in the list to open the interview you need to run or review.
Your User role, job hiring team role, or individual interview assignment will determine which interviews you are able to see or join. For more information see Roles & Permissions.
The Candidates page
Starting on the Candidates page, select the candidate you need to interview.
From here you'll see a list of interviews that the candidate has completed or scheduled for each job they have applied for. You can select the interview cards here in the same way to join or review the interview.
The Jobs page
Starting on the Jobs page, select the job you're running an interview for.
The job detail page will open on the Interviews tab (or select Interviews on the left hand side if you're on a different tab).
From here you'll see a list of interviews that have been completed or scheduled for this job. You can select the interview cards here in the same way to join or review the interview.
