Scheduling with Lever Easy Book requires your Evidenced account to have the Lever integration connected, and all Lever Webhooks switched on.
Navigate to the Interview Templates page in Evidenced
For each template, you can copy an Evidenced link which can be used in Lever for booking an interview of that type
Once you've found the template, select Get Lever Easy Book location
Click Copy to copy the link to your clipboard
Open Lever and navigate to Settings → Easy Book links → Add New Link
Give your new Easy Book link a name
Enter your interview details
Interview length - match the Evidenced template duration
Feedback form - select the form that matches the Evidenced template
Calendar event name and description
Set the Interview type to Location, and paste the Evidenced link you copied earlier into the Location field
Set your available Interviewer(s), schedule and any other options outlined in this Lever article
Note: Although multiple interviewers can be selected at this stage, scheduling with Lever Easy Book links only supports interviews between the candidate and a single interviewer. See this Lever article for more details.
Share your Lever Easy Book link with candidates
Each time a candidate books in for an interview using the Easy Book link, the interview will be created in Evidenced automatically.
Important notes:
The Evidenced interview template for scheduled interview will be the interview template the link was copied from at the beginning.
The date & time will be set to whenever the candidate booked in.
The interviewer available at the time the candidate booked in will be added to the interview automatically.
At the time of the interview, both the candidate and interviewer will use the Evidenced link in the calendar invite in order to join the interview.
